APPLICANTS WITH less than five passes in the HKCEE may apply for a foundation diploma course, for which the entry requirement is completion of Form Five, or a certificate in vocational studies, or equivalent.

They can also apply for entry to year one of the newly offered Fly High four-year higher diploma courses. These programmes are jointly organised by IVE and SBI.

Foundation diploma courses are one-year, and aim to produce all-round graduates with knowledge and generic skills for employment and life-long learning. They are designed to prepare students for employment on graduation and provide a good foundation for admission to higher diploma, diploma and part-time certificate courses.
