Heading back to Australia in the not-too-distant future? If you are a competitive headhunter armed with an excellent portfolio, you might just be able to nail a cracking job before you even touch down on home soil.
One of the top five companies of its kind in Australia is looking for two highly successful people from this neck of the woods to join its steadily growing recruitment team.
In operation since 1990, executive search and selection firm Laughlin Executives is a niche boutique operation with a national and international reach, and specialises in banking, wealth management and financial services. Based in Laughlin's Sydney office, 'the roles cover heading up and driving our investment banking and retail banking portfolios within Australia and Asia,' said executive chairman Sally Laughlin.
Successful candidates were expected to 'pick up and run' with roles paying in excess of A$100,000 (HK$549,701) a year, as part of 'an established portfolio of clients, including preferred supplier arrangements and quality candidates', Ms Laughlin said.
How did these plum positions come up?
'We recently secured a large international investment bank with its head office in Asia,' Ms Laughlin explained.
