Candidates need excellent presentation and communication skills, quantitative and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Putonghua. The role of facilities manager demands a good negotiator and problem solver who can obtain the best prices for the bank's facilities, repair and maintenance contracts. Monitoring and measuring the performance of service providers to ensure the mitigation of risk and adherence to compliance requirements are other essential duties. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in facilities management, but a diploma in building studies, surveying or building services engineering will also be considered. Applicants for the role of assistant manager, service delivery, must be graduates in finance or business with three years of experience in contract administration and estate management.
