The September schedule of baking classes taught by Teresa Chiu, founder and owner of upmarket cake shop Teresa Festival, has been released. The classes start on Wednesday and will take place on weekday evenings and Sundays. Students learn how to make some of Teresa's well-known specialities, such as cherry and champagne cheesecake, mixed berry trifle, chocolate-raspberry cheesecake, Earl Grey butter cake, pinwheel cookies and chocolate brownies. If learning how to make your own is too much trouble, you can order from the shop's long list of cakes, pastries and cookies, or consult with Teresa on a custom-made creation.
