An upcoming exhibition, Trespassing - Digital Interaction, will showcase a series of interactive media works by artist Young Hay. His works cross the boundaries between art and science technology. Young's latest research project, Body Brush and Body Baton, done in conjunction with City University, fuses new technology and art, transforming body painting techniques into '3-D brush strokes' or beautiful tunes using customised three-dimensional animation and music generation techniques. The exhibition will run from tomorrow until September 22 at the Cattle Depot Artist Village. The works will then be moved to Shanghai and exhibited at Shanghai Biennale 2004. Some works have also been selected for exhibition at the International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence in Seoul, South Korea in November.
