Mr Kwan is responsible for the operations, planning, design development and procurement management of new Marco Polo Hotel projects. He is a graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a diploma in hospitality and tourism management. He has more than 20 years' experience in the industry, having previously worked for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and the Westin Hotel.

Ms Chin was previously managing director of MSD Hong Kong.
