Beach villas with gardens in Seminyak, Bali, will be offered for sale in Hong Kong from next Friday. The property, known as Club 151, has 20 single-storey villas and 39 two-storey villas. Prices start from US$220,000 for a fully furnished two-bedroom villa. Property consultant Colliers International, which is the marketing agent for the development, said the complex included private club facilities and membership privileges. Bali is one of the world's most popular holiday destinations. There are more than 6,500 visitors to Indonesia each day, and this is expected to rise to at least 8,000 a day. According to Ginn Lai, regional director of Colliers International properties division, rentals have risen over the past two years and property prices have risen an average of 20 to 25 per cent a year over the past 10 years. In some areas, they have doubled in the past three years alone.
