WATER quality worsened at five beaches - Repulse Bay, Clear Water Bay Second Beach, Silverstrand, Trio (Hebe Haven) and Hoi Mei Wan (Tsuen Wan) - over the past two weeks because of heavy rain, the Environmental Protection Department said yesterday.
