The School of Hotel and Tourism Management at Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Hung Hom is offering a four-week culinary course. The Culinary Art of Boutique Banqueting and Private Dining programme will be held each Saturday from October 9 to 30 and costs $4,000, which includes a uniform, tools, food, materials and a four-course meal at the end of the programme planned and cooked by each participant for their invited guests. Students will learn about menu planning, table settings, serving food and beverages and, of course, cooking.
