CCIL to get Sintex stake

CHUANG's Consortium International (CCIL) is to acquire 3,165 shares at S$100 each (about HK$493) in Sintex Nylon and Cotton Products for HK$22.9 million from Chuang's Equity and Uniworld Investments, two subsidiaries of Uniworld Holdings.

The acquisition represents 37.2 per cent of issued share capital of Sintex, whose principal activities are the manufacture and trading of synthetic fabrics and cotton products.
