Hongkongers have never had much of a reputation for fitness, but the city is slowly changing. In Central on the weekends, you'll see a lot of tight bodies taking their chiselled butts off to the gym, yoga or kick-boxing.

And just last weekend, about 500 athletes turned up for the International Triathlon Union's Asian Continental Cup competition at Plover Cove, braving the Olympic-distance swimming, cycling and running race.

So when Post columnist Tim Noonan (in black T-shirt) threw a party to launch his new book, Stretch Your Life, featuring 'active isolated stretching', it was no surprise that more than 250 people turned up to help him celebrate.
