GLOBAL ORCHESTRA The Philharmonia of the Nations, comprising members from more than 40 countries, will perform today at 8pm at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in Wan Chai. The orchestra was founded by Justus Frantz in 1995. Under Frantz's baton, they will perform Rachmaninov's Piano Concert No 2 and Dvorak's Symphony No 9, From the New World. PHOTO EXHIBITION An exhibition showcasing works of Chinese photographers from around the world is running until November 12 at the Central Library in Causeway Bay. The Tradition and Innovation Photography Exhibition 2004 aims to promote interest in the medium among teenagers and features prize-winning entries from the Hong Kong-Macau Students' Photographic Competition.
