A 17-YEAR-OLD girl was told she could visit her boyfriend in a training centre if she massaged a Correctional Services Department officer, Eastern Court was told yesterday.
Joseph Ng King-ho, 32, an after-care officer at the Lai King training centre, where the boyfriend is detained, has denied one count of soliciting a massage from Lam Sui-mui in return for recommending that she be allowed to visit the inmate.
Ms Lam told the court that Ng visited her home at 9 pm on June 16 and took her to a coffee shop in a Wan Chai hotel to discuss her application to visit Chau Chi-hung, 18.
She said she asked Ng several times whether she could visit Chau, but Ng said the matter would be discussed later.
They went to the Peak and a karaoke lounge, after which Ms Lam said she wanted to go home.
However, Ng claimed he had a headache and asked if the girl knew how to massage and drove her to Kowloon Tong.
