In Eastern Court, Morkel admitted drink driving and careless driving. The 29-year-old had 211 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood when he crashed his car on Upper Albert Road on July 26. He struck two 17-year-old youths, Cheng Chi-wan and Mok Tsz-chung.
