I LIVE in City One, Sha Tin, and would like to bring to the attention of the top management of the Park'N Shop the inconvenience they're causing their customers by installing several posts at the entrance of their two shops.
Obviously, this is to prevent customers taking the trolleys out of the shops. Regrettably though, they seem to have ignored the needs of parents with babies who use the trolley to carry their babies into the shop.
Some mothers, like me, have to take our babies shopping with us because we don't have anyone else at home during the day to take care of them.
I know some people have been leaving the trolleys outside but, I feel this decision of the management is not the best solution.
I am sure Park'N Shop can work out a better and more considerate way of stopping people from misusing the trolleys.
