Fax charges still too high

IT is disappointing that Hong Kong Telecom is still taking advantage of its Faxline customers and charging $106 instead of the usual $84 for a business telephone line.

Since, special fax lines are no longer necessary Hong Kong Telecom is not justified in charging an extra $22 for Faxline and about $30 for Homefax. .

Also, as it has been announced that Hong Kong Telecom has been unnecessarily charging Faxline customers, they should refund the difference.
