Voicelink silenced by Club amateurs
AMATEUR side Club collected their first points of the season when they pulled off a surprise 2-1 First Division victory over Voicelink at the Club ground last night.
Simon Page and Kevin Russell were on target to hand Club their first victory following three straight defeats.
But the alarm bells are ringing for Voicelink, who have now lost all three games this season.
Voicelink were hoping to open their account following defeats by Happy Valley and Instant-Dict, but were denied by some fine play from last season's Second Division champions.
Voicelink coach Wong Yiu-shun was at loss to explain their latest defeat.
''I don't know what happened out there. If we can't beat an amateur side like Club I don't know who we can beat. We've still got a lot of tough games coming up and we must get our act together,'' he said.
