After making big strides in the market with its range of clamshell and slide-up mobile phones, Samsung Electronics now wants people to start twisting and flipping their phones. That is, if a mobile phone user can spare $4,980 to get one of its new Anycall P738 swivel-design, megapixel camcorder phones. The design allows the main display side to rotate 180 degrees, which should come in handy when the camera is used to record a wide-angle view.
