Two 10-year-old boys described by neighbours as enfants terrible were arrested - again - yesterday after they set fire to a pile of rubbish at a Kowloon public housing estate.
The twins were spotted torching the rubbish and newspapers at a playground outside Fu Kwok House at Tai Wo Hau Estate in Kwai Chung just before 1am.
A patrolling security guard spotted them and called police, who arrested the pair on the spot. They have since been granted bail of $50 each and told to report back to police on December 30.
The boys live at another block on the same estate with their single mother and 11-year-old sister.
Neighbours said the boys regularly skipped school and social workers had been instructed to check on their truancy.
They said it was not the first time the boys had been arrested or that police had warned them about their antics.
