CitySeen suspects it's a rare Hongkonger who can trace his or her genealogy back 73 generations. Then again, not everyone is a descendant of Confucius - or Kung-Tzu, as he is known in Chinese. CitySeen talked to Valerie Kung Ching-chuang (right), marketing director for M2K hair and beauty salon, about her revered ancestor. 'I found out [about my ancestry] when I was about 14 or 15. My parents would attend these gatherings of the Kung Family Ancestors' Association,' she told CitySeen. 'Maybe I've read The Analects [of Confucius] but I've forgotten everything about it. My youngest son, who is 10 now, knows about Confucius because they learn about him at his Chinese primary school. If we were tested on Confucius, he would probably know more about it than I do.'
