Tony Leung Associate director Sallmanns Group Mr Leung's responsibilities will include the development of the machinery and business assets valuation division. He trained in the United States as an aerospace engineer and spent 10 years in technical development and project management with various hi-tech firms there. Since his return to Hong Kong, he has held key positions with several investment firms in the field of high technology and telecommunications. Alnwick Chan Executive director Chesterton Petty Mr Chan, who joined the company in 1997, is responsible for providing professional consultancy services to developers and landowners in connection with land exchanges, lease modifications and premium assessments. In recent years, he has attended both the Lands Tribunal and the High Court to give his opinion on property values as an expert witness. Alex Ng Executive director Chesterton Petty Mr Ng joined the company in 1995. He heads up the mortgage valuation department and has responsibility for the administration and supervision of the asset management services division, which provides services relating to property leasing, portfolio management of operational and surplus properties, and management and marketing of distressed properties. Before that he was president, Greater China, and managing partner of Scotchbrook-BSMG Worldwide. John Morgan Managing director GolinHarris Mr Morgan will be responsible for the day-to-day management of GolinHarris in Hong Kong. A 10-year veteran of the company, he joined the Hong Kong office in 2000, when the firm began expanding into Asia-Pacific. He was promoted to deputy managing director early this year. Mr Morgan joined the Washington DC office in 1994 as vice-president, managing its marketing communications practice. Julien Dedman Director of communications and culture British Council Mr Dedman has extensive experience in cross-cultural communication, having served as a United States diplomat for much of his career. He has lived and worked in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North and South America. Since arriving in Hong Kong six years ago, he has worked at the US Consulate, the Pacific Basin Economic Council and the Hong Kong Sports Development Board.
