The reopening of the M2K hair salon at Harbour City was a celebration of beauty, both inner and outer. About 80 guests got the first look at the revamped salon, which offers one-stop beauty.
The bubbly flowed in abundance as guests exhibited their own sense of style. Officiating at the ribbon-cutting were Shelly Chow (wife of Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food York Chow Yat-ngok), Barbara Pudwill, Traute Shaw and hairdresser Murray Malski.
Four women - designer Johanna Ho Chi-yan, former Miss Hong Kong and chief executive of Isa Workshop Isabella Kau Hung-ping, Chanel fashion consultant and chief buyer Claudia Shaw d'Auriol, and socialite and philanthropist Rebecca Tong Ho-man - were awarded True Beauty Awards and received plaques in honour of their achievements.
