Some see the end of the year as a good time for quiet reflection, while others look forward to mad partying. However you choose to celebrate the New Year, 2004 has been quite a time for us all. We have thrown away our stash of Sars masks, are flocking to restaurants, splurging on the newest mobile phones and eagerly watching for progress on political development. The new year will see our attention focused on the Link Reit fiasco and the Hunghom Peninsula saga. We will watch from the comfort of our homes as the tsunami victims rebuild their lives; rock with Sting and REM; and continue to spill beer in Lan Kwai Fong on the weekends. CitySeen wishes everyone a very happy New Year, and may you make New Year resolutions that you actually keep!
