Indie movie

Indigo is a movie that's gained cult status in spiritual circles. Satyananda yoga

Madhav (above), an Australian Satyananda yoga teacher, will start classes in Central tomorrow in Tratak and yoga Nidra. Tratak means 'to gaze steadily', a technique of meditation where the flame of a candle is used to bring the mind into a state of presentness. Yoga Nidra is a simple meditation practised lying down.
