Police are searching for the parents of a newborn girl who was abandoned at Castle Peak Beach in Tuen Mun yesterday.
About 50 police talked to residents in Sam Shing Estate and nearby areas in an attempt to track down the baby's parents.
The infant, wrapped in a white towel and purple shirt, was found by a 14-year-old boy on the beach at lunchtime.
