I will  spend it on clothes. Actually, I did not get a lot of lai see this year - only $600 so far.  I am studying in Britain and I came back to Hong Kong  on the third day of the Lunar New Year so I did not meet many of my relatives. But it is better than last year  because I stayed in Britain and did not get any lai see.

I will  buy clothes, shoes, bags and accessories. Many shops already have their  spring/summer collections. I like casual wear. I want to buy a jacket in particular. I like Chinese New Year because  I can earn some extra pocket money. I received $2,000 this year. My parents gave me  $500, which is the biggest amount I have received so far.

I will  buy clothes. I like the hip hop look with oversized shirts and pants. But I will not be able to buy many things; I was lazy and did not visit too many relatives so I did not get a lot of lai see. I received less than $1,000. I used to get more than $2,000. I think people are less generous now.

I will save part of my lai see and spend the rest on clothes. I like to go shopping and I want to buy clothes for spring. In fact, I bought a lot of things recently and I will use my lai see to pay some of my credit card bills. I received about $2,000 over the Chinese New Year and I am happy.

I will deposit all my  lai see  into the  bank.  I received  $2,000 this year, about the same as I usually get. I think young people should develop the habit of saving. My pocket money is usually enough for shopping and eating out with friends. I don't need anything in particular so I'll save all my  lai see.
