It's always more enjoyable to watch movie award presentations if you've had a glimpse of the nominated films. Golden Harvest has organised a charity event to give film lovers the chance to preview some of the front-runners for the Oscars - if you have the stamina for it.

The event, 'Oscar Nominees Movie Marathon', will show foreign-language nominee The Sea Inside, Bill Condon's Kinsey and popular films Ray, Finding Neverland and The Aviator just a day before the Academy Awards.

You'd better clear off all your appointments for Saturday, February 26, if you want to go. The movies screen from 10.30am until midnight at the Grand Ocean Theatre in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Viewers will also have the chance to bag $10,000 and a movie pass if they win the 'Predict the Winners' game to pick the Oscar winners.

The price is $150 and tickets are available to Golden Harvest VIP card members - which requires a $50 membership fee but gives holders discounts on ticket prices and snacks. All money from ticket sales will be donated to the Community Chest. For more details, visit www.goldenharvest.com.
