An award-winning, global public relations consultancy, known for its stellar client service, wants to recruit a replacement public relations (PR) client service manager.
Fleishman-Hillard (FH) offers strategic communications advice to local, national and international clients, including many of the world's most respected brands.
Media Magazine named FH last year's PR winner of the coveted Gold Award for Asia-Pacific Network of the Year, for demonstrating extraordinary growth, strong inter-office co-operation, public relations innovation and high retention of clients and staff.
'This job is about excellent client service and smart communications counsel,' said Nancy Payne, general manager, senior vice-president and partner at FH Hong Kong.
The new incumbent should expect to be highly responsive to client needs and have a strong grasp of budget management and communication.
'Other specific duties include writing and researching client documentation, such as strategic plans, new business proposals, contact reports and monthly, quarterly and annual reports,' she said.
'The job requires the ability to promote and sell story ideas and press releases to journalists in major international, local and trade media outlets. Supervising junior staff and providing quality control is also important.'
