The interview took place at Cafe Basics in  Central. It offers six tea sets at $68 each. The cafe  is available for private event bookings.

Mixed vegetables wrapped with beancurd sheet tea set

Tsang: I don't like it. The vegetables  are cold and not fresh.  It has a strange, slightly sour taste.

Open face sandwich tea set (three pieces)

Rating: 3/5

T: The sandwich is very  plain with ordinary cheese and  ham - no surprises at all. It would be better if the toasted bread  was more crisp.

Regular coffee (included in the tea set)

Rating: 3/5

T: There is nothing special about the coffee.  I expected more from an  upscale cafe like this one.

Overall rating: 4/5

T: The environment is comfortable and quiet. The location is convenient, as it is  near Lan Kwai Fong.  The staff  are very friendly.
