The Prudential Assurance Company, one of the leading insurance companies in the world, would like to recruit a direct marketing manager, a customer relations manager and a senior officer - life underwriting and issue. Candidates for the position of direct marketing manager will be responsible for developing direct marketing/telemarketing sales strategies and close relationships with call centres. Applicants should be degree holders with a minimum of eight years' experience in call centre operations, of which at least five should be at managerial level. Duties of the customer relations manager include leading teams of officers in providing appointment making and conservation services for customers. Candidates should have a degree with a minimum six years' experience in the customer service field, of which at least three should be at managerial level. The duties of the senior officer - life underwriting and issue - include assisting in the implementation and monitoring of new business and underwriting systems, and providing technical advice. A Form Seven or above level of education with a minimum of five years' relevant experience is essential, or applicants must be degree holders in Business/Management Information Systems with relevant experience. Working experience in individual life underwriting, new business operation and life administration system projects is an advantage.
