Johnny Chen

Mr Chen will be part of the company's international businesses leadership team,  responsible for  leading the group's renewed focus on the Greater China region, including its businesses in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and its relationship with New China Life Insurance.   He was previously  with PricewaterhouseCoopers Greater China.

Sonny Ang

Mr Ang's last position was director of sales and marketing for Hilton Shanghai, where he made a valuable contribution to the hotel's performance over the past 1? years. He has more than 10 years' experience in the Chinese market and will primarily be responsible for driving domestic sales and expanding the meetings, incentives, conferences and events segment.

Caroline Ng

A graduate of Les Roches Hotel Management School, Switzerland, Ms Ng started as a front desk clerk at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. She was then promoted to guest relations officer, executive lounge supervisor, where she opened the newly renovated Club Lounge, and was  most recently assistant chief concierge. She has experience in managing an international team of 40 associates.

Philip Kent

Mr Kent joined Allianz Insurance Management Asia Pacific Singapore in 2001. Last year, he was made general manager, property and casualty,  responsible for  the firm's strategic direction, business growth and expansion  in Asia. He has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Before joining Allianz, he held senior positions with leading insurance firms in Indonesia and Thailand.

Annie Tang

He has 20 years of IT experience, 15  of which were in the banking and finance sector. He has held  sales and marketing positions at Oracle, Olivetti Wang Global  and IBM, and  managed professional services at Diebold.

Lucia Shum

Ms Shum has a decade of experience in the hotel industry with the Conrad Hong Kong. She started as a catering co-ordinator and was promoted to catering sales manager, business development manager (catering) and catering manager. She spent the past five years as assistant director of catering at the Conrad, where she was in charge of group corporate business, working with a wide variety of clients.
