FOOTE Cone Belding (FCB) has announced four new client acquisitions, together worth a total of about HK$15 million in billings.

  Whimsy, the territory's largest entertainment centre, and Perrier have both appointed FCB to handle all their advertising and promotion activities.

  FCB will also handle Ballantine's scotch for Hiram Walker, and Garden bakery's biscuit and candy division.
