Topping the bill are master photographers from the United States, Britain, Australia and France, who will also give seminars to delegates.
The action-packed itinerary also includes opportunities for delegates to go on special shoots at locations throughout Hong Kong.
Subjects will include Hong Kong by night, an evening ferry tour, fishing boats in Aberdeen, junks in Victoria Harbour at dawn and at sunset, an evening tram tour, an open-air night market, Victoria Park at dawn, a market by day, and Lamma and Cheung Chauislands.
Participants in all the photo shoots will be eligible to take part in a special photography competition.
Delegates will also have the chance to watch photographers at work at two local photography studios - the Swire School of Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic and a commercial studio.
