Only students in Grade 10 to 12 with a Grade Point Average of at least 3.5 are eligible.
During the induction ceremony on March 12, the 2004-05 president of ICS' ANHS said: 'Leadership is the courage to uphold a burden on one's shoulders and stepping up to an empty position to provide guidance.
All ICS students are required to do social services in order to graduate. The projects, both local and overseas, are led by ANHS members.
