Considering his age, charisma, popularity and achievements in business and in politics, and impressive energy and enthusiasm, it seems only natural to ask Bernard Charnwut Chan if he has ever pictured himself in the role of Chief Executive. Many think that, with his qualities and advantages, he makes a likely candidate.
