South China Premier League champions Shaheen trounced Hong Kong Football Club 10-0 to earn a Super League title shot against visiting Guangdong in today's Grand Final at King's Park.

Shaheen were always in command as goalkeeper Howard Leung played a blinder with several top-notch saves against a rampant Club attack in the first half.

Shaheen gradually wore down Club's resistance. Arif Ali scored a first-half hat-trick before the Sports Road side collapsed in the second half with goalkeeper Marus Ankan going off injured.

Shaheen will not enjoy an easy contest today as they take on Guangdong, who almost completely dominated the league last season, but are now only taking part in the play-offs.

Guangdong proved too strong for Valley in the other semi-final yesterday, winning 5-2 to set up a final confrontation with the 14-times league champions Shaheen.
