Hollywood's remake of Infernal Affairs may be stirring plenty of discussion, but actor Anthony Wong Chau-sang, who played the key role of Inspector Wong, doesn't seem to care. CitySeen bumped into Wong at Maxim's first anniversary party, where he was awarded the title Adventurer of the Year. Wong said he didn't even know that Mark Wahlberg had signed on to play his role in the remake. 'I have no idea who he is and I didn't know they would change my character into a cold-blooded killer,' he said. 'Why should I care about it - as I'm not the one who financed it.' He said Hollywood movies were usually 'not as good' as the original. 'They only turn the film into something of a bigger scale. Look at the remake of Luc Besson's [La Femme] Nikita.' Wong might be griping, but he has himself been the target of criticism recently, since he reacted angrily to reporters' questions about whether he had told dirty jokes to young Taiwanese actress Annie Liu. 'When was I grumpy?' asked Wong. 'All the reports were fake, and I don't talk to girls I'm not familiar with because my mother would have scolded me for that.'
