MORNING

7.15am Southbound traffic starts building up on Kowloon side near Polytechnic University.

7.30am Rush hour peaks in Hunghom. Southbound traffic very slow, stretching beyond Polytechnic University, tailing off on Princess Margaret Road at Ho Man Tin, near office of Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

On Hong Kong Island, Kowloon-bound traffic starts building up near Wan Chai Sports Ground.

8:30am Rush hour peaks with Kowloon-bound traffic on Hong Kong side. Traffic stretches past China Resources Building, tailing off opposite Revenue Tower.

10am Cross-Harbour Tunnel traffic returns to normal.
