A creativity prize should go to an instant noodle brand for its plan for Mother's Day. They're getting together 1,000 people at Olympian City's open piazza on Sunday to form a giant heart to symbolise mother's love as the greatest of all. But how do you join in the fun? The first 1,000 people to bring two packets of the company's instant noodles to the venue between 1pm and 1.50pm will become part of the heart. And, you guessed it, organisers will be applying for an entry in Guinness World Records. Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs Shelley Lee Lai-kuen, veteran entertainer Nancy Sit Ka-yin and singers Candy Lo Hau-yam and Deep Ng Ho-hong are expected at the event, organised by the noodle maker and Yan Chai Hospital. But CitySeen wonders if it be easier if we just donated the dollars we spend on the instant noodles to Yan Chai directly?
