Question of the week: How far would you go for a friend?
Tony Ng, 17
I treat my closest friends as if they are family. As long as it's lawful, reasonable and within my capabilities, I would offer help at any time, anywhere. When they feel like there is no one who cares about them, I am there. I will listen to and support them - and hug them if needed - even if I'm mentally and physically exhausted.
Libby Pei, 14
Friends are important. My days would be boring without them. When I am unhappy, they are always there for me. I am a loyal person and I'd do anything, within reason, to help a friend. I wouldn't break any laws or do anything irresponsible. For example, I wouldn't take or buy drugs for a friend, but I would do everything I could to save a friend from drowning.
Adam Tam, 16
I'm not sure how far I would go for a friend as I have not been in a position to put my life on the line. I try to treat my friends how I would like them to treat me. Dying for a friend would be the ultimate sacrifice. I hope my friends would try to save my life if need be, and I would do the same.
