Deadline for medianation share offer extended
JCDecaux Pearl & Dean has extended the deadline for its general offer for shares in outdoor advertising firm MediaNation until June 10. The French media company, which manages advertising projects for MTR Corp and Chek Lap Kok International Airport, is conducting the offer through CLSA Asia-Pacific.
Zhong Hua in talks over cruise ship acquisition
Directors at Zhong Hua International Holding, which saw its shares surge 150 per cent in two days to close at five cents on Friday, have issued a statement saying that the firm was 'in preliminary discussion with an independent third party to ascertain if any suitable opportunities exist for a possible acquisition of a casino cruise ship.' The company was unavailable for comment yesterday.
China Glass eyes listing
China Glass Holdings plans to raise up to $25 million through a main board listing next month, market sources say. The private firm, based in Jiangsu province, exports about 20 per cent of its glass production. Guotai Junan Capital is the listing sponsor.
