Ends June 19

With more to offer than wacky hairdos, huge collars, bell-bottom flares and platform shoes, the musical has all the qualities of a feel-good show.

It has memorable tunes, upbeat dance routines, an entertaining script and, most importantly, a cast of slick performers who deliver captivating panache.

The Saturday Night Fever stage musical is based on the iconic film of the same title released in 1977 that made John Travolta a star and the Bee Gees' soundtrack a mega hit. Its story revolves around a Brooklyn teenager Tony Manero (played by Adam Jon Fiorentino) who is a paint salesman by day, but a king on the disco dance floor by night. He and his buddies face many of the universal problems plaguing teens not just in the 1970s but even today - money, love, family and future.

Fiorentino does a fabulous job as Tony, a young man who tries to balance the nadir of reality with the zenith of disco illusion in his life.
