Donald Tsang Yam-kuen has been invited to attend a public forum on June 12 to spell out his vision for the West Kowloon cultural hub. The acting chief executive, who leads a steering committee overseeing the controversial project, has yet to confirm whether he will attend the forum. The People's Panel on West Kowloon sent the invitation letter to Mr Tsang two weeks ago. 'He has to attend the forum if he's running for the chief executive office. He has to let the public know his vision for Hong Kong's cultural development,' said alliance member Cyd Ho Sau-lan. Democrats chairman Lee Wing-tat has already accepted the invitation while legislator Chim Pui-chung said he would attend if he secured 100 Election Committee nominations to run.
