The latest issue of Three Weekly reported that singer Ronald Cheng Chung-kei (above) and friends, including model Cara Chan Siu-wan, were hanging out in a dark alley near Lan Kwai Fong late at night last week. They were munching on snacks and smoking. Despite his popularity and coming from a rich family, it seems Cheng cannot stay out of trouble. He has been charged with drink driving, and had a brawl with a pilot on a plane because he'd had too much to drink. TV actor Sammul Chan Kin-fung is very uptight about privacy. But, after being seen playing badminton with Lu Lu Ng in Kowloon Park on Tuesday, he has admitted to the possibility of romance. Ng was one of last year's Miss Hong Kong contestants. Approached by a Three Weekly reporter, Chan said they met because they have the same manager. The two are just friends at the moment, but he said he could fall in love with anyone, including Ng. TVB is said to have offered Korean star Lee Young-ae (above right) $10 million so star in a drama tailor-made for her. Lee became a household name with the tremendous success of Jewel in the Palace, a 70-episode drama about Korea's first female royal doctor 500 years ago. Eight Weekly magazine reported that senior managers at TVB discussed the possibility of doing a TV drama with the 34-year-old during her recent visit to Hong Kong. When asked about the $10 million deal, TVB general manager Stephen Chan Chi-wan said: 'We would like to work with Lee. We're trying to see if it's possible.' Edison Chen (below) is known for his ways with women. Eight Weekly spotted three of his rumoured girlfriends - model Maggie Q, actress Cecilia Cheung Pak-chi and Rosanne Wong of Singaporean duo 2R - at his clothing shop's first anniversary party. But Chan didn't pay any attention to them. He mingled with other female guests such as Fiona Sit Hoi-ki, Ana R and former Cookies member Helena Ma Sze-han. Kwok in plastic surgery rumours Former Miss Hong Kong finalist Kenix Kwok Ho-ying has sparked speculation that she has undergone plastic surgery. Kwok slimmed down by about seven kilos after first appearing in tabloids, revealing her sharp, square jawline. But since last October, her face has become more triangular and her jawline less severe. A reporter from Sunday Oriental magazine asked Kwok if she had undergone plastic surgery, but she denied it. She said she had a lymph node facial massage at a friend's beauty parlour.
