MANAGER International Hong Kong is negotiating with American Express to publish its bi-monthly magazine, Expression. The contract will cover Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and India markets, with others in Thailand, the Philippines and Taiwan to be settled later. The new managing editor will be Teresa Gibbs. Design will be handled by M Design, under creative director Colleen McCudden.
