The group scoops three awards and, for good measure, one in the senior division
THE CELESTIAL ASIA Securities Holdings group, CASH, has rung up substantial success in the youth section of the Distinguished Salesperson Award.
CASH controls both CASH Financial Services Group and Pricerite stores, which together boasted three Outstanding Young Salesperson Award (OYSA) winners this year, as well as one senior winner.
OYSA winner Rayson Chan Ho-yuen, a senior financial planning manager with CASH Financial, said one of the challenges of the job was building relationships with people of different ages and backgrounds.
However, he noted that everyone had dreams they wanted to fulfil in future, a factor which could be used to motivate them to seek financial solutions.
Mr Chan, who has a degree in business administration, is now studying to become a certified financial planner.
