Nothing saucy in no sex and the city

CitySeen reported early last month that a Hong Kong-based Sex and the City was in the making. While we can't say that we are as excited about it as the real thing, we are curious.

So when we saw gorgeous cast member Christine Ng Wing-mei (below) at the star-studded Nokia party on Wednesday night, we had to grab her for a quick chat.

We asked her which character she would be playing: Carrie, Samantha, Miranda or Charlotte?

'My character is a cross between Carrie and Samantha,' Christine said. 'The show doesn't have a proper name yet. We still don't know how to name it.'

When we asked if the show was going to be as saucy as the real thing, she said: 'This show is not going to be as sexually open as Sex and the City. Obviously, things have to be toned down for Hong Kong viewers.'

We hope not too much, because all that sex was what made Sex and the City what it was. Come on Christine, do us viewers a favour and don't let the show become as boring as it already sounds. We're depending on you to show some skin.
