In the spotlight

Cindy Au Sin-yi entered show business after she won an award at a singing contest organised by TVB in 1996. Since then, the singer-actress has starred in drama series and hosted travel programmes and music and games shows.

On the music scene, she has released both pop and children's songs. In 2001, she was in the cast of the film Final Romance, starring Edison Chen Koon-hei.

Au, whose boyfriend is actor Roger Kwok Chun-on, said her career came first and she had no plans to get married yet. Unlike many artists, she does not like having her fortune told.
