Singapore-listed bakery chain BreadTalk Group has launched operations in Hong Kong, with plans to invest up to $50 million in as many as 20 outlets over the next two years.

The award-winning bakery had teamed up with Watami Food Services  for the venture - Hong Kong BreadTalk - with its first outlet at Olympian City 2  in West Kowloon due to open at the end of the month, said director Derek Liu Kit-man.
