The Lions Clubs dragon boat team got that sinking feeling (left) as the International Dragon Boat Races returned yesterday to the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. At least eight teams saw their challenges come to an abrupt end when their boats capsized but the Lamma Dragons Ladies team fared somewhat better (above). The president of the Hong Kong Dragon Boat Association, Michael Chung Chi-hung, said: 'Sinking can be caused by a combination of factors, including the environment, the boat crew and the cox.' About 90 local and 20 international teams are taking part in this year's races, which will conclude today. The extravaganza was last staged off Tsim Sha Tsui in 1995, before being moved to Sha Tin.
